Do I need to be on the island for installation?
No. We coordinate with your property manager or keyholder and confirm once the system is live. Most installations are done remotely from the owner's point of view.
What happens if an alert triggers while I'm in the UK?
You get a phone notification immediately. If you can't attend the property, we conduct an urgent site visit on your behalf. If we find a leak, we let you know and can arrange repair.
Does it cover the pool?
Yes. The system monitors all water flowing through your property meter — including pool fill lines and irrigation. Any unusual overnight usage will trigger an alert.
What if the villa is rented out?
It works just as well with guests in the property. In fact that's when it's most valuable — tenants don't always report slow leaks, but LeakGuard catches them immediately.
What does it cost?
